Governors
BackChipping Norton School is fortunate to have a supportive and proactive Local Governing Board. Our LGB membership offers the school a variety of expertise, skills and abilities to draw upon to proactively support the school leadership in providing the best possible outcomes for students, parents and the community.
The Local Governing Board usually meets four times a year with an elected Chair and Vice Chair. The Resources and Impact Committees meet once per term again overseen by a Committee Chair. Each committee is populated with members from the LGB and will provide reports/recommendations to the LGB regarding pertinent school issues.

At every LGB and Committee meeting, a ‘Declaration of Pecuniary Interest’ is a standard agenda item and minuted accordingly.
